This is a full-flavored wheat beer. Has a sweet and slight banana aroma, with some roasty notes. The thick mouthfeel will keep you sipping this one slowly, which is probably a good thing as it’s supposed to be a double. My readings for ABV came out lower than the recipe stated, but it still feels like it’s about a 7% beer.
I personally don’t care for it too much, but it’s not because something went wrong. I hope I can find someone to share with who really appreciates this style because I have 5 gallons that I’m not going to drink.
